For the past fifteen years, we have engaged ourselves in various experimental projects across the country especially in the FCT, Abuja. We have over the said period of time perfected our act in delivering all classes of housing projects providing ideal homes with passion. At this point in time, we are empirically set to take the dive into the highest level/magnitude of housing development projects.

To redefine the housing construction standards and create the benchmark in all other aspects of service in the industry.
MISSION STATEMENT
To fill the yawning gap in our national quest for housing all Nigerians by providing ideal homes of maximum comfort with minimum cost for people in the low income bracket and affordable luxury homes for the upper class of the society. So help us God!
PROPOSED PROJECTS EXECUTION SCHEDULE FOR OVER 6000 HOUSING UNITS WITHIN THE SPACE OF THE NEXT TEN YEARS.
Beside the ongoing development of Paradise Heritage Estate (339 units), there are series of massive housing projects lined up for execution within the space of ten years.
- PARADISE MEGA ESTATE (PHASE 1) ON 123.25 HECTARES IN THE FCT, ABUJA.
This Medium Density Housing Project is billed to commence in 18 months and estimated to accommodate upto 1500 units.
- PARADISE MEGA ESTATE (PHASE II) ON 131.6 HECTARES IN THE FCT, ABUJA.
This partly Medium Density and partly High Density is estimated to accommodate a combined 4000 units.
- PARADISE BLISS ESTATE ON 73.28 HECTARES IN THE FCT, ABUJA.
This is a Mixed Use/Comprehensive Development with the concept of accommodating a Special Resort Facility and a section of Low Density Residential Project of about 500 units
NB : All the aforementioned proposed projects are situated in the choice areas within the FCT, Abuja.
